Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ, we may collect your name, company, business email, WhatsApp number, requested part number, quantity, requirement details and the page from which the inquiry was sent. You may instead contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand and respond to the specific B2B product request, continue the commercial conversation, protect the form from abuse and maintain basic inquiry records.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides site delivery and security. FormSubmit processes information submitted through the RFQ form so it can be delivered to eric@serverprocure.com. You may instead contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. These providers process data according to their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Analytics boundaries
Conversion measurement may record anonymous page, referrer, campaign, contact-channel, form-context and product-PN values. It must not send your name, email, phone number, company or free-text requirement to analytics services.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only as needed to communicate about the request, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact eric@serverprocure.com.
